My name is Shen’ao (Shaw) Wang.

Biography#
- I received my bachelor’s degree from the School of Control Science and Engineering, Shandong University (SDU) in June 2022.
- I received my master’s degree from the Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics, Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) in June 2025.
- I am currently a first-year PhD student at the Department of Electric and Computer Enginnering (ECE), National University of Singapore (NUS), where my research focuses on the control and navigation of aerial robots.
Research Experience#
- During my undergraduate studies, I was advised by Professor Chaoqun Wang and worked on indoor mobile robot navigation in environments with glass surfaces.
- During my master’s studies, I was advised by Professor Hongbin Sun and worked on motion planning for autonomous driving in unstructured environments.
Internship#
- I interned with Baidu’s Autonomous Driving Planning and Control (PNC) Group, working on Robo Express.
